    i just had C:... how to install ubuntu without break data ?
    when i finish~ how to install driver? the audio driver dont need to install?

    have you checked ubuntuforums.org (or the linux section here), theres a wealth of data (and help) available

    There are also a few sites dedicated to linux on laptops that have reports of hardware compatibility and warnings for problematic devices.

    I havent done an install on your model, but hardware detection is pretty good and the latest kernels fix most acpi issues (one of the biggest issues), unlike windows most (if not all) of the drivers will be installed and working after the OS install. Basically you will need some empty space (unformated non partitioned) to do the install and linux needs a bootloader, lilo or grub, that will handle loading the operating system - linux or windows.

    If you have never done it before 1. make a solid backup of your current system, 2. research your hardware, and 3. read and print (if you dont have another pc) some how to/wikis

    oh yeah, download the "live cd", you can run the OS first without installing ANYTHING to test for problems.
