my compaq presario notebook is crazy! if im going to turn it ON i hav to take out the battery first because if i dont, it wont turn ON. so ill take out the battery before ill press the power key then i have to put back the battery again when the windows start up icon appears because if i dont, it will restart by itself over and over again without reaching the desktop UI. and when it reaches the desktop level, i have to take out the battery again or else the mouse will experience hang ups. do u have any idea whats wrong with my notebook?
