    after many reviwes and advices i want choose between dell vostro1500 N hp dv6500t.
    i dnt care about weight or shape just use it in web surfing and multimedia streaming.

    So which one? :confused: :mad: :p :( :) :eek: ;) :D :rolleyes: :eek: :cool:

    the point is am gonna buy my notebook from internet and ship it to my home which is far from usa.....so dell full of complaints like grainy screen...etc.. and noway for me to return it so what about hp complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have my DV6500T for 3 days now and I'm happy with it. The screen is great, and it's a LG. I have no complaints, except that I noticed the bottom isn't level on all four corner. One foot tends to be a little off the table by 1/16 of an inch.

    If you are looking at design factor, I think the DV6500T is much more appealing to look at.

    I have dv6500t and it's perfect for my needs. The only downside compared to dell is that it uses 8400M GS whereas dell has an option for 8600M GT. Plus dell has bigger resolution as well.
