    I have this problem with dv600t:
    ===================================
    I like this notebook so much by now. But there is a little problem, sound like when they installed the machine, they left some small component inside, or they did not seriously work and one screw was loose and then has fallen down from its original position. So some time when I turn over the notebook, I can hear the sound like you moving an empty box with one small scew inside.

    It has not affected the notebook to work, but I am worried, some day it will make a short and burn the notebook...
    ===================================

    I want to have a look, what on earth is giving this problem...is there any thing I need to pay special attention? Can I open the notebook by myself?

    Might want to ask HP before doing so. The service manual located on HP's site will explain how to do it.
