did your notebook ship before or after the estimated shipping day

4 more days till the 7.. so did it really ship when they say it would or were you surprised to have it ship a day early or something? im talking about ordering from hp.com

 

it acctualy depends on your luck i guess
for some it arrives way early for some on time and for some a day or two late
and for some its worse usually its worse due to payment problems or part recalls which is quite rare until unless pu count in the numerous battery recalls
i bet your excited
hopefully your notebook will arrive on time

yes more so because my current laptop is having keyboard issues after a water spill.. every minute or so i have to hand mash the the 3 4 5 keys because their jammed and wont stop pressing.. and this is with a external keyboard too..
now it keeps automatically scrolling to the bottom of pages or the left button isnt working.. ze5300 btw

mine shipped well before the expected date, but was held up in anchorage for clearance delay and ended up arrive right on time.

 

I bought mine from costco.com. Shipping date was March 3, 2007. I kept checking the order status and it was stuck at "in process". Suddenly the notebook arrived February 28 and the "in process" changed to "Shipped".

 

It actually came a day before it was supposed to ship.
From china to me (eastern US) in two days with free shipping...not bad at all.

 

hm.........wonder why your keys are jammed you tried fixing them in any way i bet it would atleast help temporarily

 

yeah i put a tiny piece of folding paper inbetween the 3 and 4 keys to jam them down now it works.. but im still using an external keyboard..

 

well guess till u have ur external keyboard u dont got to worry
anyways hope ur laptop arrives in time if not earlier and in perfect shape too

Mine actually arrived at my house 3 days before it was even supposed to be shipped. Now that was a very nice surprise

 

delivery was 16th feb now delayed to 6th March or 10 days later..so 16 march I wud say.
It sucks

 

Chienne, which model did you order? I'm wondering if the delays are mostly to the dv6000s.

 

Mine was a dv9000t CTO.

 

I understand it is a shortage of LCD screens, so I guess it only affects the 6000s.

 

well mine just shipped, and my newegg order just shipped.. tracking says should arrive thursday mourning..3 days?
