I've gotten the "high CPU usage" message daily without fail. I have some combination of the ff going on: several tabs open (facebook) or playing a high-def movie or I'm editing files in Paint.net or openoffice.

This is a 1-month old laptop, 7 Home Basic (offered in poor asian countries), E-350 APU, 320 Gb HD, a 1 DIMM, 4 Gb RAM, and a recent, HP-updated BIOS.

Is there any way to tweak my computer? Isn't the Fusion APU supposed to easily handle high video/graphics usage?
