Which one should I go with from HPshopping:

The Intel(R) Pro/Wireless 2200 802.11BG WLAN (which ppl told me is the centrino)

    or

The 54g(TM) 802.11b/g WLAN w/ 125HSM/SpeedBooster(TM) (which isn't centrino, but is the speedbooster worth it?)

Also it appears HP offers these same cards with Bluetooth (Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG & Bluetooth(TM) and 54g(TM) Integ. Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN & Bluetooth) for 25 bucks more. Does that mean the 54g w/bluetooth still has speedboost?

    Thanks,

    Tom

Unless you are moving large files over your network, you will not see much of a benefit from speedboost.

So which one would you put in then? I mean arent they about the same besides the Speedboost, meaning that I always have that as an option so I should pick the speedboost cuz they are the same price?

Unless you need/want the bluetooth, I would get the get the cheaper one. Even if your are on a super fast internet connection like 3-5Mps either one can handle that. The reason to get the faster one is if you are moving large amounts of files on your network, where the faster connection i.e. speedbooster would expedite the file transfers.
