i'm unfamiliar with wxga and hope to see one this weekend. does wxga look "squashed" for lack of a better word as compared to regular sxga or xga. wxga makes me think that this computer is a really wide computer. is this right, or is wxga just a special resolution?

    Thanks

No, it doesn't look squashed, the screen looks just fine. You can however, make the screen into a standard 4:3 aspect ratio, which will put black bars on the sides.
