    my wife's hp dv2 with the 1.6 am cpu si getting hot till its slowdown.
    any solutions?

    running 2 gb of ram and win7 64
    all drivers are up todate.

    Yep download rmclock, then look for the rmclock 64bit file that allows it to work with windows 64.

    Then undervolt the cpu, the neo can be dropped to a very low voltage, both at idle and full load
