HP hasn't updated its home/entertainment lineup in quite long time. My guess is they'll update the product line when the new AMD platform & Santa rosa are out, after all i hope they come with ATI Radeon X1250 igp's.

So any news on the further models replacing the existing ones?

The DV series hasn't been out a massively long time, and I don't think HP wants to change the model exterior and internals, when the newer technology. The notebooks appear to have very good build quality and a goof finish, so I would be inclined to say that the notebooks are selling themselves. An change may put buyers off, and thats not something that HP would want.

Ohh, i see what you mean.
So you think they're probably just gonna update the processors instead of the entire models?

Care to elaborate on that? I am trying to make the decision of buying the DV6275us now or waiting for Santa Rosa. Any info on this news you speak of would be great :)
