My 100 GB hard drive just isn't cutting it anymore. I'm looking to upgrade to a 250 gb. I have no idead what to look for as far as connections or specs, SATA, ATA, ntsc format ?. I was thinking of purchasing an external 2.5 hd and just swaping the hds, so I can use the 100 GB externally, and 250 in my notebook. I was thinking of going with this....

Will this be easy to open up and swap? Or should I just buy a notebook HD and a mini case? Looking for a cheapest way, but willing to pay a little more for a nicer HD  Any advice to tips would be great.
