I ordered my dv2000t on the 15th and am waiting for it so be shipped on the 25th (why so long?) and I am getting a little worried about which screen I will receive. I'd really hate to have to return it after waiting 2+ weeks.

My poll is this: where did you buy your dv2000 and which screen did you get?

I bought at a retail store and got a AUO (I think that's what it's called) screen.

One of the better screens to have, or so I've heard.

I bought through HP and got a QDS on this machine; the one I returned had a different screen though, can't remember which one.

    SEC.
Ordered via HP online Sept. 28, Received Oct. 12.

Looks more than satisfactory, except for viewing angles. Went to the store, compared to AUO and LG, which did not seem to look markedly superior. Didn't see a QDS.

I got an LPL (Phillips) screen from my CTO order (which arrived yesterday). Note that I got a non-glossy screen. The manufacturer distribution may be different for glossy and non-glossy screens.

It looks very good to me. The color contrast seems slightly better than the screen on my older 15.4" widescreen (a Gateway 7410GX). However, the vertical viewing angles aren't so hot.
