    dv2000 dont boot from DVD or external CDRom

    Hi, im had a HP PAvilion dv2000 that im want to reinstall but im can initiate from the DVD with a Vista DVD, or any other DVD/CD (XP, PE, etc), in the setup all its fine, im change the boot priority to the DVD or externals but nothing, the laptop always boot from the HDisk.

    Okay firstly Check CD-ROM booting is enabled then double check the Boot Priority/Order

    also, check the DVD itself and make sure it works.
