    Hey everyone,

I have a dv2000, and when I press the touchpad disable button, a print menu always comes up. Whether I'm in FF, word, notepad, etc, anything that can print, when I press the button, it launches the print command. Does anyone else have the same problem and can help me?

    Thanks!

that is really odd. Could be a short or something. Could also be a software issue. try do a hard reset (remove battery and ac power and then hold power button down for 30 sec, then see if it works) You can also try go into the recovery manager (F11 on boot) and see if the issue happens there, and then just exit.
    Hope that helps a little

Try reloading your keyboard drivers in the device manager under keyboards

how do I exactly "reload" my drivers? I only see uninstall, update, rollback, details, but no "reload".

Uninstall it then click on Action > Scan for hardware changes

I just started having the same problem on my dv6000 HP notebook. It is running Windows XP Media Center.

A reboot certainly didn't fix the problem. I'll try to reload drivers myself later on.
