This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. Noticed there is finally a new bios for the dv2000z. Its dated 11/07, but this is the first time I've seen it posted and I check it weekly. Says it "Updates the fan control algorithm of the system to reduce the likelihood of future system issues". Hopefully this will fix my constant fan issues. DL now
