i have a budget 0f like $1800 to $2000 to spend on a laptop and i need it before the end of september. The only games i will be playing is guild wars, age of the empires 3 and world of warcraft. I want to know if this laptop will be able to play these games or should i wait for the dv6000t to come out, if it comes out in time.

If you are spending that much money there are probably better choices.

In my opinion, the dv2000t hits the sweet spot around the $900-1000 range. After that range, I'd look at other stuff like the Dell XPS M1210 and Asus A8Jm, then if you're willing to go higher, the Asus W3J.
