firsr just wana make sure that it is upgradable to 2gb. second, are the 2 ram thingys in a stacked formation or is one under the keyboard?
-
stealthsniper96 What Was I Thinkin'?
-
Stacked, just open the flap on the bottom and you can insert the second stick of ram.
Im running at 1.5gb right now, and most of the stuff says 2gb max so 2gb should be find. -
Yes, 2gb is the max for the dv2000t. Use DDR2 SO-DIMM 533mhz ram.
-
hey guys, does this go for the dv6000t aswell?
-
Yup.
*filler* -
so would this work with them?
-
yes, that is the exact set of RAM I'm using now and it works great with zero problems except that I paid more
-
This one works perfectly on my dv2000t, besides, it is much cheaper.

i think the ram for dv2000t is ddr2-667 not 533
-
Mine is Gskill DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) .
Note: you can even get dual channel with 1GB + 512MB sticks. CUP-z can verify that.
