I just bought a dv2130us from compusa a week ago, and my touch-sensitive buttons above the keyboard have stopped working. However, when I manually hit hte mute button (from the icon on the taskbar) the button turns orange, just not when I touch it. Does anyone else have this problem or know what to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I chatted with HP support and they request I send it back but I prefer not to go through that hassle. Is there a disable button I may have accidently pressed? Thanks.

Did you try reinstalling the driver?
