What will I lose to going to business edition from Home Premium?

What will I need to do? Will I lose functionality for such stuff as the hp remote or express card tv tuner?

    Thanks

Also can I just upgrade or do I have to reformat. I cant wait for my computer its should be here in two days?

You'll "miss out" on media center, but there are programs you can use to take its place. You can only upgrade to Ultimate. To goto Home Premium, you'll need a full version.
