hey guys. i have this overscan problem when i connect my dv2500t to my hdtv using hdmi. i cannot see the star button at all.

my tv's native resolution is 1024x768 and even if i set my comp's resolution to my tv's native resolutio, the overscan problem still exists. in fact, the overscan is always there for every resolution i set on my computer. anyway to solve this?

i tried to search te forums but couldnt find the answer.

    my tv is pioneed pdp-435hdg.

    pls help! thanks!

Edit: i also realised that when normally my laptop's montir's refresh rate is 60 Hz (for all resolutions). but when i connect it to my tv using hdmi output, the highest refresh rate it can get is "30 Hz, Interlaced". how do i get 60 Hz refresh rate when i have connected it to my tv? do i need to get new drivers for my nvidia 8400?

hmm i called up pioneer tech support. they say that my tv itself doesnt have any function to eliminate these problems. so we have to change the options of our nvidia drivers. problem is, nvidia doesn't have any options...
