    hi all, i bought a hp dv2690ee with a spec of... 2.4 GHz Intel Core2 Duo processor T7700 Intel Centrino Duo, NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS 64mb, 2gb ddr2 sdram, 250gb 5400rpm Hard Drive... can i run gears of war, company of heroes, FEAR, and Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars smoothly?? i just want it to play in medium or low setting but i also want to play it in 1024x768 screen resolution... im currently running in xp now(thanx to the tutorial here).

    Well if u already bought it, then why don't you get the demo version of those games and try 'em out.

    FEAR - Medium/low gfx settings

    You gfx card is the bottleneck of you system. Its slowing everything else down unfortunately. The 8400GS is in the lower level of graphics cards but it still can play games not just recent intensive games
