    dv2700 HDMI sound output

    How do I get sound? I have teh HDMI plugged up to my 1080p television but whenever I play a video I get an error and no sound is getting through. I tried messing with settings under the sound icon under control panel but couldnt get anything to work, any help would be great.

    If that doesn't work...???

    I choose Realtek Digital Output ( Realtek HD Audio) and still get nothing :(

    I don't know, maybe I'm a noob but I don't see any option for Realtek Digital Output and I'm using a dv2700t. I see SPDIF Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221.

    It should switch over the audio once you close the program and start it back up.
