In order for us to provide accurate help we would need to know more specifics about your laptop.

my laptop has 4gb ram
the hd its toshiba 320gb
processor its amd turion x2 64 ultra zm-82 2.2ghz
vga ati radeon hd 3200 rs780m -
brianstretch Notebook Virtuoso
Pavilion dv4-1155se specifications
Which currently incorrectly lists the CPU as being a RM-70. It's actually a ZM-82. I just sent HP an email about this.
That's about 10C higher than my dv4-1155se. Of course, ambient temperature here is about 20C so that helps a little. The notebook can handle the higher temps, unlike the previous generation with its defective NVIDIA chips, but... what's ambient (room) temperature where you're at? -
i think the ambient room its about 23 and 27ºc no more

i have a problem with the hd, my hd allway the temperature goes up and never goes down, yesterday was at 55ºc i think its not normal, i have this temperature in idle mode, what do you recomend, ??
