I am having trouble with my dv4t laptop recognizing my HP factory delivered Blu Ray DVD drive in the swappable bay. The computer will sporadically recognize the drive, but the drive must be in the exact right spot in the bay. Unfortunately there is a fair amount of room in the bay, and as the drive moves around in the bay it loses the connection. The green indicator light on the drive will blink about once a second when the connection is lost. This also causes very long startup and shutdown times as the HDD will generally not spin when the green light is blinking and the computer is searching for the drive. Any one else have this issue? I've had absolutely no success with HP support.

    Thank you in advance.
