I just played my first game on the laptop (it has 9200 gs). The 9200 reached 62, while the cpu reached 50. While I don't think these are awful temps, one thing that annoyed me was the fans don't seem to speed up at all. Sure, I like a quiet laptop, but not at the cost of temps. As anyone with a dv5t notice this?

I have the 9600m GT and the fan speeds up at 77 degrees for me.

You can adjust the BIOS setting to "Fan always on"

If you do that, there will be 2 fans speeds, one fast and one slow.

That should be on by default.
