    dv5t high capacity 6 cell battery

    I am buying a dv5t off ebay but none of the laptops on there come wit the high capacity 6 cell battery offered on HP's website. Is there any place I can buy one? I've tried ebay but it doesn't appear there are any on there.

    Also, Maybe someone could give me the model number or serialnumber for the high capacity 6 cell so I can check online for it that way. Thank you.

    buy the dv5t from hp or bestbuy, also 6cell isnt even enough i am constintly charging my laptop every hour with a 6 cell batter. i own a compaq. but its better than 3 cell im guessing.

    Well this is the reason i want the high capacity 6 cell which is supposed to provide up to a little over 3 hours. Thats why i want it but I don't wanna buy from HP or bestbuy because I can get the dv5t with pretty good specs cheaper from ebay.

    I have the High Capacity 6-cell battery in my notebook. The info on the battery is as follows:

    Battery: (10.8v 55WH printed on battery)
    HP Part No: 441243-141 CT: 6AAJU01BJVL2BY
    Replace With HP Spare: 446507-001
    7F0814

    A standard battery is 10.8v 48WH.

    Standard battery: 4400maH
    High Capacity battery: 5280maH


    so basically on the back it says to replace it with a standard battery.. weird..

    ok.. it says the actualy part # on this battery is 462889-541 ... I googled it and came up with nothing...
