So, there I was, listening to music and browsing the net, when suddenly, after I minimize a window, my screen starts to flick like this: HP Pavilion dv5 Screen Flickering - YouTube

I restarted the computer, and it didn't fix, so I went to Google and did a little search. I tried these things:

First I connect my PC to my TV with HDMI (Don't have VGA cable nor an external monitor.) And although the flickering didn't stop on the laptop, there was none the TV, I then proceeded to check HP Support Assistant for updates; there was none. Tired to change the resolution, didn't help. Tired to change the refresh rate, the only option was 60Hz. I changed the brightness to the max, and only there the flickering would stop, although if i moved any window, or dragged something, the flickering would come back until I stopped. I restarted again. The boot sequence was fine until the logon screen. Then, I restarted into the BIOS and in Safe Mode, both were also fine, no flickering. I restarted into Safe Mode, cleaned my AMD Display Drivers with Driver Sweeper, and when I restarted normally to install the driver, everything was fine. After I installed the drivers (leshcat 12.2) the flickering came back. If I move the screen, the flickering doesn't change (it doesn't create, nor remove the flickering)
This happens with both Radeon and Intel.

It is a HP Pavillion dv6t-6000 Quad Edition, with a 1GB Radeon HD 6770.

I don't know what is happening and don't know what else to do.
I'll try to install HP drivers tomorrow but I think it won't solve the issue.

    So, any ideas?

    Anyone?
The issue got fixed on itself a few days ago, but it has returned today.

I was playing a game the suddenly it did a flick, then two, then become what was shown in the video.

im no expert, but I had this issue too.

I dont think its "gone" but i havent seen it pop up since I updated the graphics drivers via AMDs website

i dont have a direct link but you can search amds site

    AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

then i re-calibrated the screen in windows 7 by control panel > appearance and personalization
