    I had something like this happen to one of my laptops. The video card is slowly dying. If you can return it or send it in on warranty i recommend you do.

    I own this laptop for 5 month and such thing happened only two times

    In that case it is probably a driver issue or some software running in the background is crashing it.
    It took my computer about four months to die.

    Looking through, my TaskManager, I have noticed quite a few running background processes, associated with my HD 6770M. Far more than I had ever seen compared to PC's, I have owned, that used nVidia GPU's. Is this common with ATi cards? To have so many running processes? I mean, I may be wrong, but it just appears to me that there is alot going on with this card, under the hood, at any given time.

    ^ there should be only 2 background processes for the dGPU, what other process u have running? :eek:
