    dv6-2155dx keyboard problem

    I have a friend who is having keyboard problems with the dv6-2155dx. the 't/y/g/h' keys type gt54, hy67, gt54, hy67 and the backspace key is forward slash. Also the fn key turns down the volume.

    How do I fix this? Is this a keymapping problem? :confused:
