Could someone tell me what the power adapter on the dv6000 is like? This might seem like an absurd question, but out of the 5 notebooks I've owned 2 have had the power connector come loose to the point that you had to wiggle around the adapter to get it to charge. And if they budged just a nanometer the notebooks would shut off. EXTREMELY annoying.

Sorry to even ask this but I could not find even one picture on google or yahoo images.

The one on my wifes pavilion zv6000 looks like a firewire plug, only quite a bit thicker and very sturdy. The ones I've had trouble with in the past were round and small.

Dv6000 has a much smaller adaptor than zv6000. Actually, I believe HP uses the same adaptors for all of its recent laptops.

look on ebay for picture, like here

For some odd reason that ebay page won't load correctly. I think I'm going to stop by the local Office Depot today. They probably carry the dv6000 and then I will know.

I believe that if you abuse the laptop of course, the solder joint for the power jack will be loose. If you take care of it, you won't have a problem. I'm currently having problems pulling the cord out of the laptop maybe because of the tight grip. But is anyone having the same problem as me?
