    * FREE Upgrade to 1024MB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm)
    * 80GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive

    For 1,110.99 plus tax so just add another 80GB HD for a 160GB total! and a sweet graphics card. So can i easily add another HD? and is it worth the extra money when it will be just used for windows vista some word, web, and itunes (ipod) use.

    The dv6000 does not have two hard drive bays. You can of course get an external drive.

    The second configuration should be for dv9000t, right? The 17 inch desktop replacement may have two HDD and a better GPU but it is heavier. I think the extra money is worth it if the larger notebook fits your needs.

    Since the PC will be only for word, text, and itunes use it doesn't really need a large HD because it will only a 30GB ipod. But when i saw the 17 inch had another HD bay with an NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7600 it sounded like an opportunity that was hard to let go.

    But for Windows Vista and Aero a Nvidia 7400 will be enough right? But i think i am sticking with the Default dv6000t because 17 inch laptops are way to big!

    The Go7400 will be sufficient to run Vista and its Aero interface.
