    The Nvidia 7200 card has 64MB of dedicated memory and 192MB shared from the system memory.

    This just means that your graphics card shares memory from the ram. This won't be an issue with 2GB RAM anyway. You won't notice any lag and if you ever do want to change it you probably can allocate less memory to the GPU with the BIOS.

    With 2GB of memory there is plenty to spare.
