    dv6190-us and other quick ship pavillion models?

    are there any differences between the quick ship models and the customizable models?

    the one i am looking at in particular is the dv6190-us vs the dv6tqe

    only thing I can see is the quick ship models tend to be aluminum and I would certainly pay for that

    99% of the time you will always get a better deal if you go the custom route and use coupons. Just have to be willing to wait 1-2 weeks for it.

    The custom and quick ships are exactly the same on the outside just have different hardware on the inside. You can custom configure better hardware for the same price as a quickship. Just have to wait for it.

    I thought I was getting actual aluminum with the quick ship, not just an aluminum chassis.

    I wish computer manufacturers would give such an option because its the kind of thing I would pay big $ for
