I remember reading about this issue before that is very common with the dv6000's, and if I recall correctly it was because of faulty ribbon wires in the laptop. Alas I can't remember where it was that I read about this issue. Can anyone point me to a good guide on how to make the repairs, and where I can get the necessary cables (preferably more sturdy cables)?
