I can not install a SanDisk Extreme Pro 250Gb on my Pavilion dv6308nr. The bios fails to complete offering an error code of 0xc000000e

My Pavilion dv6308nr drivers and firmware are those currently listed on the HP web site. The bios is a Phoenix and its current bios version is F.43

I can't seem to find the name and version of the chipset. the Serial ATA controller is by Nvidia nForce, although a model is not identified nor can i find drivers on Nvidia's site. The laptop is
    working with the old HDD.

I am running W10 Insider Preview.

I cloned the HDD with Apricorn using their software and USB to SATA cable.

The clone is on a SanDisk Extreme Pro, model SDSSDXPS - 240G. After cloning, I can read and write to the SSD using the USB to SATA cable.
    Hence the SSD drive works.

I wish i knew where to focus in order to identify why the bios is not connecting to the SSD.

The HP web site does not say anything about using SSD in the dv6308nr.

In comparing the HDD with the SSD, I did notice the HDD specified a current
rating of 0.68 amps (or close to that), but that the SSd had a current rating
of 1.6 amps. both are driven by 5 volts which I assumed as the SSD is supposed
    to conform to SATA protocol.

The SSD that I chose is supposed to be one of the best.
    the best.

if anyone can point me to where i should be looking, I will gladly do the work.
At this point i have no idea what to do.

I can offer the output of SanDisk SSD dashboard which produces a snapshot
    of my entire system.
