My microphone is not sensitive at all. How do I increase it's gain? I went back down to xp and can't seem to find a way to do it? Are there some drivers I have to install?

either go into the sound manager, like mine has a realtek one. or right click the sound icon then click recording devices. Then click microphone and then hit properties and somewhere in there you can change like the boost and the recording level. Worked for me. Good luck!!
