    I have an hdtv and would like to hood up my laptop to it. Does this come with an hdmi port standard or is it an add of. Also if i hood it up via VGA how will he picture quality differ from the hdmi.

    I have and 1080i hdtv if it helps.

    i think the VGA can only go to around 720 but HDMI can do 1080
