Hello everybody,
When I click on the Quickplay button with my computer turned off. First it starts Windows Vista and then Quickplay. I thought Quickplay should start without Windows, so I contacted HP support. They told that with Windows Vista that's the way Quickplay works. Old versions with Windows XP had a partition in HD that starts QuickPlay without Windows.
Can anyone confirm this? I think this is strange because I even have to type my password. Why should I use quickplay if I had to start Windows?
Sorry about my bad English and thanks for the answers.

Ok, thanks for the answer.

yeah with Vista you cant boot Quickplay separately.

Quickplay for Xp used to use a version of an embedded operating system, which no longer works with windows vista
