    Hello everyone
    I bought hp dv6646us.
After few hours of fighting with the drivers for xp finally I have all of them.
I have only one problem I cannot connect to my secured wireless network. It says “ Windows is unable to connect to the selected network. The network may no longer be in range...” me laptop is on the desk and the WAP is next to it!!!!! When I try to connect to my network it doesn’t even ask me for my password!
But I can connect to my neighbor network, which is unsecured. Does anybody know what to do with it???? I have another laptop and it doesn’t have any problems with connecting to my network

    Thanks
    kamil

    go to START,
    CONTROL PANEL,
on the left pane make sure you choose control panel home,
then go to NETWORK AND INTERNET,
    THEN NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER,
then on the left pane choose MANAGE WIRELESS NETWORKS,
you should get a pop up with all the networks you saved and you connected to.RIGHT CLICK your network
    then DELETE,
    finally try to connect again

yeah the patch that andyasselin suggested
