    Hi all,

I've read the stickies and used the search option BUT i'm still going to ask the question - can i upgrade the 'graphics card' on a dv6700 with the 8400M GS chipset currently installed? i've read that HP's aren't upgrade friendly but thought i'd check anyway.......

    Thanks! P.

No, you cannot upgrade the graphics card unfortunately. The 8400M is built on to the mainboard and is not removable; there is also no way to add another internal graphics card either.

As above, it cannot be upgraded. The 8400m GS is the best card you can get for your model anyway.
