I keep getting this error whenever i play Team Fortress 2 or WoW
in WoW my screen flashes black for about 2 seconds then comes back on, it really doesn't effect my game play but it's different for tf2. I play in windowed mode and when i get the message 'display driver stopped working' the game flashes black for about 10 or more seconds. I'm not sure what to do, here are my computer specs
    HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook
intel core 2 duo cpu 1.83 ghz
    3 gb ram
I'm running on 32-bit windows vistas

I'm not sure if i'm leaving anything out, please help and thanks!

Download HWMonitor from CPUID.com and check the temperature of your GPU. If it's over 97C then there's no wonder that the GPU is temporarily freezing up.

Also, you missed the model of your graphics card (possibly 8400m gs from google).
