    dv6tqe 6770 mem clock

    Can somebody help me out? My 6770 wont go past 216 mem clock. I have updated to catalyst 11.5b and still have this problem. Any advice?

    Are you running a game while checking the clocks? If you're just on your desktop or web browser, it's 216mhz because the GPU downclocks itself to produce less heat and draw less power, thus extending battery life when the GPU is not needed to be used. Otherwise, it clocks to default when it's being stressed.

    Its while the game is running. The clocks never go past 216. causes black ops to lag.
