So I bought a dv7-1245 off ebay, and it didn't include the last 2 letters at the end which were ca letters in the description. I'm guessing ca means canadian. The keyboard layout is different than the US keyboard layout I'm used to. Can I swap in a standard US replacement keyboard? I'm assuming everything will work properly but wanted to run it buy you guys first.

    Thanks,
    Patrick

yah, I'm Canadian, and I HATE those keyboards... I'm going to replace the keyboard on my Tx2 as it has that weird canadian keyboard as well.

there are keyboards on ebay for the Tx2 for like 30$ with free shipping. I'm sure there will be a US english keyboard for your model.
