    I just purchased a dv7-1261wm and installed W7. But in Device Manager, it shows 5 drivers that didn't install. There are 4 listed as "Base System Device" and 1 as "Unknown Device". I've installed all the drivers from HP's site, but didn't install any HP software. The media buttons don't work either.

    Would any one be kind enough to tell me what I need to install to get these devices working correctly?

    I also can't get any CD/DVD's to burn. Nothing will detect my CD/DVD drive.??
