    dv7-3085dx resume lag?

    So my darling wife bought me a dv7-3085dx which I must say is rather nice. However I'm running into issues where it is either lagging horribly or locking when it resumes from hibernate or sleep. Sometimes the mouse will not respond at all although I can see the desktop, sometimes the mouse will move but I cannot click anything.

    Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any tips on how I can fix this?

    Same problem with my dv7-1273cl. It used to be snappy on wake from standby.
    Now it's slow as dog even with no apps running. Stock Vista. always Defraged on a regular basis. Hope someone can chime in with a solution.
