I have a HP dv7t with blu-ray drive. It has worked fine previously, but I haven't used it in a couple weeks. I tried using it today and the blu-ray movies are very Laggy. Are there new drivers/updates? The rest of my computer still works fast so I highly doubt it is virus/spyware related. I am using HP Quickplay to play blu-rays. Thanks for any help.

My CPU will go down to <10% when the movie is paused, but jump to <90% when playing. I am trying to play the dark night, but other movies that have previously run fine are now lagging as well.

Burning music CDs is also taking a very long time now. Any idea what could cause my optical drive to move so slow, while the rest of the comp still seems to be fine?
