Hi, first of all, please excuse my english.

The build quality of the new Pavilions is said to by very good, but i have found few flaws:
    1) When I press the joins(don't know if this expression is correct, I mean the parts that connect the display and the main part) it is very flexible and not fixed
    2) The silver part around the front speakers can be easily moved with nails

    Do you experience the same?

Yes, and it is always a trade off. You are dealing with a product with a fairly short lifecycle before technology moves forward and makes it obsolete. The build quality is OK with a little care on the owners part, should age gracefully... at a fair price. Would you rather pay more, and have a perfect laptop that needs to STILL be replaced in a few years?? Business models should be a little more durable, but you are going to pay for it.
