    if i get the 100 GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive option can i upgrade it later in the future and put on another 100 gb 72000 rpm hard drive?

    Last I knew HP doesn't include the mounting bracket for the second drive in single-drive configurations. You might be able to rig something up but I don't recall reading any reports from anyone who's done it yet. I advise buying a two-drive configuration from HP if that's what you want... but they don't offer dual 7200RPM drives. Gotcha. Way better drive offerings than with the dv8000z though, grrr. They'd better fix that with the Turion x2.
