lalu, unlikely that you want to install Media Center later, because it's the operating system.

but HP sells the tuner separately, so i think you can just put it in the expresscard slot. not sure if it's the same one that comes with it though.

It is $50 cheaper to get the TV tuner with the DV8000. It MAY BE possible to install Media Center, although it's a whole new operating system (around $130 for OEM), and once again, is much cheaper and easier if ordered with the system. Also, installing MCE by yourself is hard, as it is supposedly picky with hardware. Just spend $30 and get the included XPMCE. As of recently, HP charges $10 extra for the operating system CD for recovery. In all cases, HP already has the operating system installed.

If i order MCE with Notbook, will they send Oprating system CD along with Notbook? Or just they send Notbook with MCE installed in notbook?

Lalu, look carefully at the additional "options" when ordering online. (you're ordering from HP, right?). there will be a $10 option to order the Operating CD. if you do not click this option to buy the OS CD, they will just send it installed.

    cheers.
