    dv8327cl driver help

    i reinstalled my dv8000 with xp pro using windows xp cd not recovery disc, i was able to backup the swsetup folders but there are items in device manager that i can't seem to install, i also download the latest sound driver from hp website but still my notebook doesnt have the sound

    here are the some screenshots of my device manager and swsetup, please help me how to reinstall thesse drivers.. thanks in advance

    The Mass Storage Controller is probably your card reader.
    The PCI device is probably your modem.
    I'm unsure about the unknown device.

    It would have been wise to expand each item in the device manager and save a screenshot BEFORE reinstalling so you could see each installed item and therefore be able to deduce what you have installed versus what you don't.
